I got this for my mother. She has cramps and her legs hurt her. After a few days of using the product (twice a day) my mom said her knees actually DO hurt LESS. She noticed she was walking better and having less pain. I mean it's relatively inexpensive and obviously not going to do the job of a surgery (it's only a cream after all) but it definitely HELPS. I'd say it's a good value because when you're in pain, anything that can give you some relief is worth it. It's nice to find a cream that actually does help and isn't total snake oil. Using it the first day, my mom didn't think much of it, but I told her other reviewers had mentioned it taking a few days to work. Well...they were right and she's now glad she stuck with it. We will be ordering more. It's just too bad there isn't a larger size.
